Quality Assurance

All our belts are made from full grain leather.  They are not split, veneered, composite or faux leather.

WARRANTY

We offer a 3 year warranty on all our belts.

This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible and reasonable use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or product neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear.

HOW REPLACEMENT  WORKS:

• You can bring us the item to show us the fault
• Once you have sent images of the fault to our email and we confirm. Then we will ask you to send us back the faulty leather goods, we then send you a new item and we can then refund the postage cost into your bank account or CC.

CHANGE OF MIND:

• Exchange or store credit – Post at buyers expense
• Exchange  – Post back at your own expense and we will post another preferred item out to you at our expense

If you choose a gift for someone and they would like to exchange it, they can come exchange at our shop, one of our events or email us and post the item.

 

Our warranty is extremely fair for something you use everyday, please use your leather goods correctly, protect your leather goods, do not get leather too wet or do not leave leather in the sun for too long as this will misshape the leather.
